BART will fund several events over the next two years. We are currently accepting proposals for 2010 events. Your organization could be next to implement a BART testing event! Health Departments, CBOs, Greek Organizations, Academic Institutions and others are invited to apply for this unique funding opportunity. The following events, are examples of the types of events that could qualify your agency for BART funding:
- National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day – February 7, 2010
- Urban Beach Week (Memorial Weekend)
- Miami Sizzle
- National HIV Testing Day
- Black Gay Pride
- Gay Pride
- Art and Music Festivals
- Community-based events that attract MSM, African Americans, and Youth.
